. Manage complete Accounts Payable\invoice Process
.Daily interaction with clients and their staff
.Payroll processing and HOA invoices
.Calculate pay and issue payments to employees
.Create financial statements and related financial reports
.Remit payroll taxes, sales taxes, use taxes, and income taxes
.Reconcile bank accounts
.Maintain a coherent system of account, with a supporting filing system
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)
